Software developer joins Ososim to capitalise on business growth
We are delighted to welcome Software Developer Conor Bradley to our technology team. Conor graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

After spending a couple of years traveling, he went on to complete an MSc at Queen’s University, Belfast, in Software Development. Conor was attracted to the role at Ososim by the opportunity to work with many different technologies in a growing digital market.
“As a software developer, I am very interested in the use of gamification and technology to extract increased value from training through digital simulations. I am looking forward to working in such a dynamic environment and using many technologies, including C++, PHP, Linux and UML. The opportunity to work with AI and machine learning is a massive bonus as it is such an exciting area of technology to be working with at the moment. AI has such great potential to transform the way we work. The wealth of technology that Ososim uses and its scale is a lot to get to grips with. Their systems are so sophisticated, using millions of lines of code. But I am really looking forward to putting everything I learnt in my Masters into practice and gaining hands-on software development experience in a global business.”
CEO Jonathan Knight said:
“We are delighted to welcome Conor to our team. As a technology business, it is vital that we keep innovating and identifying what we need to do to be ahead of the market. We are always looking at ways to enhance the learner experience in our simulations and find and nurture new talent. Conor stood out amongst the applicants, having the right set of skills and a great fit for our team. We are looking forward to working with him and seeing the benefit of the increased depth and breadth of skills in our technology team during 2022.”
